Founder of Femnexa. 12+ years in customer-focused roles across data centres and telco — senior commercial positions at Six Degrees, Telehouse and Global Switch, most recently leading hyperscaler and enterprise account strategy at one of Europe's largest colocation operators.

I founded Femnexa because customer expectations have evolved faster than the playbooks operators rely on. As the industry has changed, customers have changed with it — they want to be partners, not transactions; involved, not handled; aligned on growth, not negotiated against. But the frameworks and tools that would make that shift real are still missing. Femnexa exists to close that gap.

How does an engagement typically start?

A 1 hour intro call, no obligation, to understand your situation.

How do you scope and price?

Engagements are scoped individually. Most fall into three structures: a fixed fee for a defined sprint or diagnostic, a monthly retainer for embedded advisory, or a longer arrangement for fractional commercial leadership. Scope, deliverables, and pricing are always in writing before any work begins.

Where are you based — and do you travel?

London-based, working with clients across Europe, North America, and APAC. Engagements blend remote work with focused on-site time for customer meetings, leadership offsites, and key milestones. Travel is scoped in the proposal.

How is confidentiality handled?

Every engagement is covered by a mutual NDA. Client identities, customer details, and the work itself stay private by default. References are available after a fit is confirmed, on a case-by-case basis with prior consent from past clients.
